Meet Jamie

Jamie Wells is a passionate, inspiring fitness advocate who has declared it her mission to help people of all ages and walks of life achieve their physical and mental health goals. With over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, Jamie founded Jamie Wells Bespoke Fitness Experience to provide an empowering, comprehensive approach to customizing each client’s journey. Her expertise encompasses sports nutrition, resistance training, body mechanics, and core conditioning, along with holistic health coaching on the mental and spiritual aspects of wellness. Armed with her infectious enthusiasm for fitness and knowledge of biomechanics, she encourages her clients to stay focused on their end goal while having fun along the way.
